Refund Request

Hello,
I'm kindly following up regarding my refund request for a Sims 4 pack purchased through the EA App. I submitted the request within the refund window and have been regularly checking both the EA Help page and my email for updates.
So far, I haven’t received a response, and since I’m unable to submit a new request due to my existing open case, I’ll continue to wait for support to review and respond.
I genuinely hope the process moves forward soon. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    You can also try starting a chat while logged out on the website or while using an incognito page on your browser. That should allow you to start a new chat.

    There is no such problem, but the live call was never initiated. I cannot create a new request because this request is considered resolved

    Once you click on the Live Chat, it should show a chat pop-up on the bottom right of your screen. If you don't see that pop-up, please disable any possible ad/pop-up blockers in your browser.

    I contacted Ea and requested a live chat to explain my issue. It was marked as solved, but no one contacted me. What should I do?
