Refund Request
Hello,
I'm kindly following up regarding my refund request for a Sims 4 pack purchased through the EA App. I submitted the request within the refund window and have been regularly checking both the EA Help page and my email for updates.
So far, I haven’t received a response, and since I’m unable to submit a new request due to my existing open case, I’ll continue to wait for support to review and respond.
I genuinely hope the process moves forward soon. Thank you for your time and assistance.
