I'm going through something like this too ㅠ I really don't know what to do..😭
I want to find the account, but I can't log into that account, and it was an account I didn't know about. But the EA customer center is silent, and it says to follow the manual. To follow the manual, I need to log into that account and unlink it, but I can't do that.. I mean, I need to be able to log into that account, but how am I supposed to know?!
Community ManagerAccounts can only be linked/unlinked once every 6 months. You can try talking to an advisor to see if they can still help. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with anything account related over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is opening another case.
