Same issue. Can’t use any of my EA games on my PlayStation. Support is none existent and keep closing my tickets before I can even speak to anyone. From a little digging it looks like even if you reach sombody they don’t unlink your account from the disabled email. This should be illegal and honestly does warrant a class action lawsuit.
