Struggling to Unlink Xbox Account from EA – EA Support Is Unhelpful

Try making a new account.. then go in and tell them you can't link tour account to the xbox and that you might have an old account that you can't get into because you can't access the email .. they can unlink the old account ..then you can link the new account to the xbox .... that's what I had to do ..
