SWGOH Account retrieval

Morning. I am trying to retrieve my SWGOH account. But it seems impossible. I’ve created an EA account but it’s telling me that my iCloud and EA do not have the same DOB. I’ve checked and the DOB is the same. My SWGOH name is QEF TSER ally code is 747-795-255

Can you please help with this as I’d really like to get this account back as it was going well and be very annoying to do it all again
