Hey dude! Sorry to hear about your struggles, while reading about your experience all I could think about is how this would have never been a problem back in the day when games released on disc and games were actual games instead of alpha testing engagement and a ploy to make billions, e.g., micro-transactions and countless stupid DLCs...
I do not know what to tell you, I am really glad you wrote your experience here though.
I'm also really glad that you brought up the times where they had ACTUAL humans communicating with us instead of bots and automated BROKEN pipelines...
Of course man definitely frustrating I once again did what they asked in my post and made another case with a live agent support said I have 2 minute wait time wrote out my issue and never got a reply. Really hope something gets fixed or done about this because there’s no need for this what so ever and they wonder why there games are failing.
