Twitch packs not showing in apex legends

Good day God Bless you

Please help, i watched algs this weekend to get my 2 free packs, i did claim but nothing is my game, i dont see any packs related to twitch

 

Twitch username = jcissaviour

Apex account JCisSaviour

There was a algs live stream on twitch on the apex account thats where i tuned in 

events
