Unable to log into the EA account that is connected to my steam account

When I created my EA account, I was able to connect it to my steam account. I'm not sure what happened after EA origins was removed, but I do not have access to the email that is connected to my steam linked account.

Attempting to talk with support over the issue has been completely impossible. The EA help ui is the worst that I have ever interacted with. This is a joke and I am not able to access any of my games because for some reason they are no longer attached this account. I am not sure how to access the account that they are on, other than to play an ea game from steam, and then open the ea app. But then after I close the steam game, it forcibly closes the ea app as well.

If anyone else has had this issue, please let me know. If anyone knows how to get into contact with support. Also let me know. I have mulitple open cases that haven't been opened by a support agent. Extremely frustrating
