Unable to submit ban appeal

my ea account has been banned,but i cant find the any violations or appeals in penalty history.

besides, when I try to submit an appeal,i found that i cant create a case,there is nothing in my case.

what's worse is when I download my account ea data,i find the reason why my account has been banned is ACCOUNT_BAN(cant understand).

my EA ID is:NinjaAquin33
