You can find instructions on how to unlink the accounts here. Please note that you must have access to the EA account where the Steam account is linked to in order to unlink the accounts. If you do not have access to that EA account anymore, please contact EA Help for further assistance.
Thanks for the reply. The problem is that I no longer have access to the old Steam account that is currently linked. I only have acces to my EA account and my new Steam account.
In this case, should I contact EA Help directly and open a case? If so, could you please share the correct link or steps for contacting EA help?
Community ManagerIf you're looking to remove the Steam account, as you have access to the EA account, you should be able to unlink the accounts by following these steps here. In case you need assistance during these steps, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you will see a "Contact Us" button. Click on that button, fill out the form, and you will be presented with the contact options available.
