Unlink/ no access to old account
I'm trying to unlink an old account from when i was about 10 years old to an email that i no longer have access to. This is what shows up as the email i need to log in (c7****@disabled.ea.com), but cant access it since i dont have the info for it. I also tried logging in through xbox and that still doesn't work. I already tried to contact Xbox about unlinking but said they can't, and that EA would need to do this for me. I have been trying anything and everything to get this old account unlinked and linked back to one I now use, and any help from EA would be greatly appreciated.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account or it's been disabled as in this case, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
