Urgent: Ban appeal broken with "Case not created" error for 24+ hours

Hi Community Managers,
I am writing this to request an urgent manual escalation for my account. My FC 26 account was wrongfully banned recently, but when I try to submit an official appeal on EA Help website, it constantly throws the "Case not created" error. This has been happening for over 24 hours across different devices, networks, and browsers.
Furthermore, my account status seems totally glitching. Even though my account is currently permanently banned (Red Notice), I just received another automated email from EA today claiming my "Web App Transfer Market access is restricted" (Yellow Notice).
This multi-penalty conflict is clearly bricking the EA Help submission interface, making it completely impossible for me to create a ticket normally. Could a Community Manager please look into my account status and manually escalate my appeal to the Terms of Service (ToS) team?
