I was trying to issue a warning about getting EA help on the phone but it threw me in here, so this isn't the right place, BUT I'll take what I can get: - be careful if you actually get thru the red tape and talk to a real person. I did that and got sent thru several people and finally one said they couldn't help and gave me another number to call. It wasn't listed as anything but a USA number but turned out to be spoofed and was a toll call to somewhere in India or whatever that cost an arm and a leg and they said they couldn't help. That was two years ago and I'm still ticked off. I'm guessing that EA really doesn't care about service and as long as we are sucker enough to keep paying, they will keep collecting and proving excuses for no service. I've been complaining about game glitches for the last six months and nothing resolved - except they've made it even harder to file a complaint.,
