I had the same thing happen with season 1, but thought that maybe I was mistaken and didn't finish the purchase. The purchase was from within madden after points were purchased from the points store, so I can't see the history to see the deduction of points. Can you please review and credit the points for the season 1 error while granting the pass for season 2?
