Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live cha...

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

Hey there, you can find the live chat by clicking on this link: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us".

On the next page, fill in the form and select the following topic: Update EA Account

That should give you the option to start a chat.

That’s not a live chat. Respectfully, pull ya head in. And even with fact it’s NOT a live chat, rarely can you even submit a claim.

Hi SnypR2, I just tested the chat here and after using Update EA account as the topic, it gives me the chat option:

What options do you see after filling out the form?

  That option is there, but it's grayed out and you cannot click on it
