Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

Im stuck with this load screen for hour and try again with VPN from 3 country still the same

Dude i try it on Mobile and PC
Browser = Firefox Chrome even Edge

  I have just tried going through the steps on the EA Help site without logging in, and was able to launch a live chat without a problem (I used Edge on PC and Chrome on my phone). You could try doing that if you haven't already.
