A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live chat support (Screenshot 1)There is no option to contact live chat there. After that they just closed my case. So I opened a new one where I spesifically stated that I need to contact with live chat support. After waiting for another 2 days thay send me this (Screenshot 2)Link is different now but it literally goes to the same page. The case status is now "whaiting on player". Like what do you want from me? THERE IS NO OPTION to contact live chat. I wrote it in my case. What exactly does your support team not understand? At this point I am not even sure that these cases are beign reviewed by real people. And the fact that I have to wait 2 days for each of these responses...I have all required information to login into my account. This problem isn't coming from my side. Can you provide me an actual support on this matter?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

I just got it to work!! You have to submit the request first. After that it will load a new page with new topics. Under that was another button/link that looks like a topic but it offered to use the chat. I am in the chat now, but I will try to do it again and take a screenshot after if I can.

I need to either merge or delete an EA account that is not linked to a gaming platform and adjust my older EA account that IS linked to a platform however is associated with a deactivated email address. I have filed a case and EA support continues to close the case with a chat transcript to a chat that I was never invited too. This has happened three times in the last two days. What gives?

EA_cuervo I am also locked out of my account and need to update the Email since Google disabled mine a couple years back with no access/no recovery. I can't find the chat anywhere and also please have IT fix the drop downs to add STUFF FOR US TO PUT IN GAME OR PRODUCT.. Ticket system is flawed, I'm sure you know this.

I'm still able to log in through the connected Playstation account but I can not verify since I have no access to previous email account.

Hey there, you can find the live chat by clicking on this link: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us".

On the next page, fill in the form and select the following topic: Update EA Account

That should give you the option to start a chat.
