There is no longer a way to file an actual complaint? I’ve looked everywhere and all I can do is get shoved into a chat with an AI bot that ends up telling me to look at a “help article” that doesn’t do anything to help me

Ive been sayingvthe same for years this isnt a complaints department i dont actually see the point of the help forum its only here to help EA not the customer the people that do answer back are just useless unless there is something wrong with the game they are the problem im trying to prove there is something wrong with the game im doung a study notified them which if there is something wrong ud think they would want to know but they threatened me with a ban and took down my comment so yeah they dont help
