Just a quick update to let you know that the EA Help chat is working and available for support. However, please be aware that wait times may be a bit longer than usual due to the recent beta game releases, which have increased the number of incoming requests.
We understand delays can be frustrating, but the support team is actively working through cases, and players are continuing to get assistance. For account-related issues or anything that requires direct support, EA Help remains the only way to resolve these issues.
