Why was my account blocked?🤬
My other EA account.
I want to know which rule I violated.
I can't unbind my Steam account from the old EA account management options.
Now I can't buy many games because I can't unbind the Steam account.
From last year to now, I have applied for unblocking many times, but no one has told me why my account was blocked! !
There is no online customer service, and no response to emails.
I just want to say that I didn't violate any rules. My cumulative game time is less than 1 hour, and it's so shameless to be directly blocked!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
My old account cannot be cancelled, nor can it be unblocked and continued to use. The new EA account cannot be linked to the Steam account.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team and they've decided not to unblock your account, then I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend, as they're the only team with the power to look into bans.
