How on earth do I get in contact with anyone at EA? Somehow my xbox account is linked to a disabled EA account and I can't play any EA games, nor can I get any help from EA. I contacted Microsoft and they can't do anything either.

If you don't have access to the email address registered to the EA account or it has been disabled, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
