A Way Out, can't invite friend via friend pass with new EA app

Question

Hi. I have the game from steam, and my friend has the friend pass. We've had the game for about a year, but only ever played the first stage.

Got back into it, but I can't seem to be able to invite him. We just played It Takes Two, and the invite seems fine. But there's simply no check box in A Way Out.

I've tried most of the troubleshoot options, but nothing works. Any new solutions for the new EA app?

Oops. We both uninstalled it.&nbsp;I'll try and get you a screenshot hopefully. But here's a description if that's alright:There's basically no checkbox. It's the normal invite menu, but without the checkbox next to his name, so I can't click him and click the invite button at the bottom.&nbsp;
