Hello, I own the Standard Edition of A Way Out and it appears correctly in my EA library as a purchased game. However, when I try to download and launch it, the game only opens as the Friend Pass version instead of the Standard Edition. I have attached a screenshot showing that the Standard Edition is listed in my library. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

If A Way Out Standard Edition is showing in your EA library but the game is only launching as the Friend Pass version, please try clearing the EA app cache, fully closing and reopening the EA app, then signing out and back in. It may also help to uninstall the Friend Pass version if it appears separately, then try downloading the Standard Edition again directly from your EA library.
If the issue continues after that, please contact EA Help so they can review your account entitlements and confirm that the correct version is attached to your account. We are not able to check purchase or account ownership details directly here on the forums.
