Can you try reloading your save and check if this updates? If not can you leave the region (fast travel back to the start or first region) and check if this updates it?
Also to check which platform are you on?
i have tried the solutions but they don't work. I'm playing on the PC, and downloaded through the EA windows app.
Please can anyone from EA respond. Because I can't move forward in the gameplay anymore. As many items are locked until I save Sabulana.

Collected all ingredients, HUD tells me to collect ingredients.
Ingredients don’t allow me to recollect. Leaving the area and restarting game both do not fix the issue I contacted EA help 2 days ago. Still waiting for response. I suggest you do same, so they understand that this is affecting players. If you manage to solve it, please let me know.
I'm experiencing the same problem, on PS5. Tried everything suggested, no fix.

I have the same problem tried all the tips and nothing worked what should I do? I really loved the game I don’t want to just leave it here
