[Bug](Nintendo Switch) at Spiral Attack, cannot proceed

I have reset, cached, initialized, deleted and redownloaded the game. I have contacted Nintendo Switch. And there is a bug at the spiral attack where I cannot proceed. I don’t know who to contact so ...

I’m at a loss until EA fixes this bug because it’s not a Nintendo thing, my other games work, so it’s this game.

Hi @tideshade, Would it be possible to get a video or screenshot of the screen when it freezes for you?

    Says these files are too big to post here. But whole screen is frozen

      Hi @tideshade, If it is a video we an also take a YT link, for photos if you have it hosted somewhere else or edit the file down that would work.

        From the picture what can you glean from it? I appreciate the help but I’ve now spent 3 days trouble shooting and to be honest I’m getting tired. EA has been notified by others of this bug, they should push out a fix asap. I can just not play the game at this point and just won’t get another game from this sub company in the future. I see they’re posting on IG and not fixing bugs, leaves a sour taste TBH
