Cannot launch Fe on Steam
I can’t launch Fe on Steamdeck. I do have an EA account.

Thanks for reaching out.
One important thing to clarify here is that Fe isn't officially supported on SteamOS.
The standard Steam Deck runs SteamOS, which is Linux-based. Our EA app currently supports Windows 10 and 11, as well as supported versions of macOS, but it does not support Linux.
Fe's Steam version also lists Windows as its supported operating system and requires an EA Account linked to Steam for activation.
Steam does provide Proton as a compatibility layer for running Windows games on SteamOS, but compatibility through Proton does not mean the game or the EA app is officially supported on Linux.
If you're running the standard SteamOS installation on your Steam Deck, we therefore can't guarantee that Fe will launch correctly.
If you've installed Windows on your Steam Deck instead, let us know what happens when you try to launch Fe, including any error message you receive, and we can look at the Windows side of the issue with you.
