I have bought - it takes two,- on steamwe have friends on steam, but when we search them to make them friends on EA/origin, they can't be found. i then set up a second ea account, to search for that one - still can't find it. the settings on both of my EA accounts are "viewable by anyone"we can't play with our friend as we can't connect as frineds to then offer them a friends pass.it is extremely frustrating. we purchased the game, we only have steamthey have an xbox too - not sure if we can get steam and xbox to work together as an alternative?thanks

Hi @Fdabombe Can you and your friend check your Origin profiles for anything that might be blocking you at your account page? If you continue to have issues also try checking your Steam privacy settings as well. For EA check the highlighted areas:

I have bought the game and my friend has the friend's pass but it keeps showing him an error saying something about it being restricted. I don't know how to help him with this, any ideas?

Having this issue as well. We are both on Steam, he's playing on the friend pass thing, and we cannot seem to find each other, both through the friends search or the import friends function for steam. :/

@Fdabombe hi Are you saying you're on PC and your friends on Xbox ?...it's a bit confusing ... it takes two doesn't support cross platform

It's still not working.
I have 2 EA accounts. Fdabombe and Fdabombe1. I can't invite the second account as a friend, and all the settings are as they should be.
Can you please look into this properly and tell me why I can't invite my other account as a friend.
Do we have to tick the box for targeted advertising, and third party advertising?
I don't want this email to be public. Can you delete it from the public thread please.

@Fdabombe if you are referring to the link that goes to the EA account if I go on it I see my own profile with my email address so don't be alarmed that your email address is visible by other if you don't want to because it's not.
As for your problem did you use the same email address for both your accounts ? because that would be like trying to invite yourself...
