Cutscenes appear black or white with audio (ps5)

Just started the game. All the actual cutscenes seem to just have a plain black or white image playing with no audio.

Exactly. I just got this game and the same stuff is still happening.
Still an issue years later they must not care about their game very much to not fix this huge issue years later...
Just want to add having the same issue. Played through the game without any issues before latest patch. Now doing a rerun and some cutscenes simply do this. Not all (for me), but so far had this around 5 times on different occasions of the game (nearing end now again).
Don't have a video or anything but it literally is that when a cutscene starts the screen simply turns either fully white or fully black but you'll hear the audio play like normal and just have to sit it out.
SpoilerLast one was at the scene right before Seren run starts, so whole scene where poor Devyn ends up... bad... and all magic is locked.
