Just to confirm, you got the same error code and the marked as solution answer didn't fix the issue?
- @Zeelmaekers Oh and yes, sorry. The posted solution did not work( I'm not missing any updates anywhere ) and EA tech thinks I'm crazy. Gave me the ol' last resort, "it's my internet". Definitely not, have no problem with the other titles we own. Tested and tried 🤷♂️

Can you confirm you are using 1 account using the full game and is linked to your EA account and the other account that is using the friend pass and linked to another EA account?
If that is the case, can you try to open ports maybe opening ports will fix that issue?
EA Help - opening ports Xbox- @Zeelmaekers Yes, but we are both using a full version. Like I said, I foolishly purchased another copy thinking that would fix it. You'll probably laugh, but what do you mean by "open ports" lol
