@Zeelmaekers Oh and yes, sorry. The posted solution did not work( I'm not missing any updates anywhere ) and EA tech thinks I'm crazy. Gave me the ol' last resort, "it's my internet". Definitely not, have no problem with the other titles we own. Tested and tried 🤷♂️

Can you confirm you are using 1 account using the full game and is linked to your EA account and the other account that is using the friend pass and linked to another EA account?
If that is the case, can you try to open ports maybe opening ports will fix that issue?

- @Zeelmaekers Yes, but we are both using a full version. Like I said, I foolishly purchased another copy thinking that would fix it. You'll probably laugh, but what do you mean by "open ports" lol
- @REVULT1ON My bad, I saw you put a link. I rent a router from my internet provider, so I have no way of "logging" onto it. I'll try giving them a call and see what they say. But, honestly being an obvious novice in this department (never even heard of it lol ) and never having to do it before, seems ridiculous. Feeling like I'm gonna just have to bite the bullet on this one. Maybe it's something simple I'm doing wrong, or maybe it's a bug. IDK. Thank you for trying to help.
- @REVULT1ON Just to add a update, incase others are having the same problem. My wife says more and more are. I called my internet provider and gave them the list of ports from the link you posted. It did not work.
