  • Platform:

  • PSN/Gamertag/Steam/EA Id:

  • Where in the gameworld did the issue occur?
    • First open region, Harugasumi
  • If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? 
    • Sapscourg
  • If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred?
    • Exploring the map around the north-east / east of Harugasumi 
  • When did this happen? Please include timezone
    • Around 6 PM CST Feb 14
  • How often does the bug occur?
    • In 10 hours, it occurred twice, only happened exploring the open map mid fight.
  • What happens when the bug occurs? 
    • Audio is semi-lost, so all audio except background music/environmental sounds stop completely, it gets fixed by returning to the home screen. The first time I was fighting Sapscourge on his base under the tree with sap, it was under a normal hunt, no mission specifically, starting the fight and the OST is the only thing that kept sounding, everything else was muted. The second time I was exploring, around the north-east and east of the map, and only environmental sounds like wind was with sound, everything else was muted, and after son 30~ish minutes when I open the map, move around the settings etc there was like huge delay on the sounds effects.
    • For example I was walking, only environmental sound like winds was heard, then I open the map, check where I was and close it, several times as I was checking where I was going and at the time when opening and closing the map there was no sound cues, but some minutes 5-10 minutes later the sound effects of opening and closing the map started to be heard. one after the other. 
  • What should be happening instead?
    • All sounds and music should be playing as normal, not muted and the sounds effects should be played at the time of performing the action, no seconds or minutes later.
  • Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
    • N/A not really sure if there are step by step of how to reproduce it, both times where after long sessions, like 2-3 hours in approximately, I was playing as normal, hunting, upgrading, exploring etc, I needed a Sapscourge, so I search for one, it was sleeping on his home base, under the tree with a lot of SAP, I attacked him with the hammer on his head, he hitted me and the sound stopped, only the OST was playing.
    • The second time it was also after around 2-3 hours of playing, I was still doing a little bit of everything, hunting, exploring, upgrading etc, but I was more focused on exploring for this session, exploring the north-east / east section of the map, where there are 2 base/teleports, so I was adding various flying Vine karakuri for faster travel, and exploring the hidden areas that needed the flying vine, when after some time the music and all sounds stopped, only the background environmental sounds kept playing, and after 30~ish minutes the sound effects of opening and closing the map started to sound incredibly delayed

    Where in the gameworld did the issue occur: Minato

    If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred: Rebuilding Minato

    How often does the bug occur: It has been constant since building everything 

    What happens when the bug occurs: Most of Minato has extreme frame rate issues when anywhere near any of the buildings that were built by the carpenters. Frame rate recovers a bit the farther away you are, like down by the training area.

    What should be happening instead: Stable frame rate

    How can we find the bug ourselves: Finish all of the builds in Minato from Ren, or join me in my Minato

     

    Every time I finished a build from Ren, my frame rate dropped in Minato. Now that everything is finished, anytime I am in Minato, the game runs in slow motion. This persists after resetting, going offline, and destroying all dragon karakuri, so it is nothing to do with my connection or anything I've done.

    When in a friend's Minato, the frame rate is perfectly fine since they've hardly finished any of the buildings from the carpenters. When they join my Minato, they also experience the frame drops.

      • All sounds and music Is mute
    • Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
    • In menù, in a game it's impossible play

    @EmberVoids When will you add the option to PC to be able to chose our Voice Chat Output??? It's kind of annoying to not be able to hear other users ...
