Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? Everywhere
If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? NA
If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? All play
When did this happen? Please include timezone appx 9:00pm EST until appx 12:00am EST
How often does the bug occur? Always
What happens when the bug occurs? Chat audio working incorrectly (see below)
What should be happening instead?

Copy/paste of my Reddit post asking for help:

I'm playing Wild Hearts on Steam (PC), and got a buddy who plays on Playstation to buy the game. We connected our accounts, friended each other, and got into a game session together with no problems. We're both using headsets, obviously.

Once we got in game together, the game audio comes through my headset like it should, but his voice chat comes through my PC speakers, and he can't hear me talk at all, even though my mic is working.

Info:

My PC is set up correctly. Voice and game audio comes through my headset and chat goes through my mic properly in Destiny, through XBox Game Bar, and through Discord. I use all of these apps for voice comms pretty much daily with no issues.

We joined a Discord chat together (while playing Wild Hearts), and game audio and Discord voice chat worked perfectly through my headset. We could communicate with no problems this way.

I looked through Wild Hearts' in-game settings; both in the Audio section, and even in Accessibility Options. Everything appears to be set up fine there, and voice chat is on.

There are no audio/chat settings in the EA client (though this shouldn't matter).

Hunter's Gates randomly turning off and not coming back on for a while.

Where in the gameworld did the issue occur? On any map.
If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? n/a
If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? Solo, in a map, wishing to join multiplayer.
When did this happen? Ever since game launch, and as recently as today.
How often does the bug occur? Every third or so hunt.
What happens when the bug occurs? Hunter's Gates are all off.
What should be happening instead? They should never be off unless you are already in a session.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply entering a map. It should be obvious after a couple of hunts that suddenly they are not on. It has been reported many times in Reddit as a bug when people inquire about why they are off and ask how to get them back on. Sometimes choosing a random monster on the map and Requesting Assistance turns them back on, and sometimes not. Sometimes restarting fixes it and sometimes not. Sometimes you have to play 1-3 hunts solo or choose Join Session from the map icons before they will randomly turn back on.

  Chain Trap inspiration not completing

  If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? Deathstalker
  If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? n/a
  When did this happen? Ever since game launch, and as recently as today.
  How often does the bug occur? Almost every time I fight Deathstalker and every time inspiration triggers.
  What happens when the bug occurs? I get the inspiration sound, the L1 prompt. I hit L1 and get the triangle prompt, and then nothing. The fusion does not complete.
  What should be happening instead? Like the other fusions, I assume I should get the rest of the prompts and learn the fusion, in this case, Chain Trap.
  Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, since others have obviously gotten this to complete. My distance from him when it triggers is usually one full body length of his away, or thereabouts. He initiates an attack towards my direction and I get the inspiration sound and the first two prompts. No further prompts happen, the fusion does not complete, and most often because I am doing that, i am run down by Deathstalker's attack completion. Unlike other fusion, this one has never completed. At least 10 attempt where I have gotten the prompt.

  If you were fighting a Kemono, which was it? No
  If you weren't fighting a Kemono, what were you doing when the issue occurred? After killing Grimstalker for the first time and returning to Natsume, I cant find him anymore
  When did this happen? Please include timezone : cant remember
  How often does the bug occur? Always since I first noticed it
  What happens when the bug occurs? Cant find Grimstalker quest after finishing it for the first time
  What should be happening instead? Grimstalker quest should appear on the map
  Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing as a guest, kill Grimstalker for the first time, then try to report the quest and it wont progress any further
