Golden Tempest and Elderplume quest not working

PS5 ID PBUTTERNINJA  Every time I do the Golden Tempest and Elderplume quest it doesn't register that I did it.  I beat them both in my own game and in others. I've tried mornings, days, and nights....

I have the same issue on Xbox series X and nothing fixes it. Did you find a solution? I did it solo and with others as a host and nothing works. So frustrating.
