Grand Magnus trophy Not popping

I completed the game on Immortal difficulty, rolled credits. Never changed the difficulty at all. Game says 99% story progress, but I’m at the epilogue with nothing left to do. The trophy for Grand M...

@EA_Kipling I have no idea if this helps as well but I played through the game first on Magnus difficulty and after collecting all the collectables and basically getting 100%, I started a brand new save file on Immortal Difficulty
