HELP 103-3f0001 AT IT TAKES TWO

I am facing exactly a similar kind of a problem and can't find any solutions. I even changed my ea account and steam account but the result is same. There isn't any solution of this problem either, if you find something comment below 

I am a user from mainland China. Last night, when I used a friend's pass to enter the game with a friend, it showed 103-3f0001. Could it be because I was using a VPN to accelerate the EA app and the acceleration node keeps changing? I've always been accelerating through the Hong Kong node.

基本上是和我一样，要么加速器加速ea或者游戏的时候，节点自动变化，ip变动了；要么就是挂了什么语音app，开机自启动干扰误封了

Hi Drachen_Wolf_333​ , make sure that your EA and Steam accounts are properly linked and that should help.

My account was linked to my Steam account back in 2022.

And my ea account doesn't show that it's banned, and when I checked the case, it was already closed. 😂I have no idea whether my appeal was handled or if it didn't go through at all.

I want to restore my case, but I can't submit any supplements.

I really have no idea what's causing access to any online features to be restricted.😭
