HELP 103-3f0001

Guys help the friend version does not work

Hello,

I have friend pass and am trying to connect with my friend but the above error came up. I don't have any bans on my account so I don't understand why my online access would be blocked and when I went to talk to a live EA advisor I was told to post here.

        Thanks for getting back to me. Can you try downloading the EA App and launch the game from there instead? I've seen that work for someone else with this issue.

    My husband bought the game and I downloaded the friend pass. He can connect online but whenever I try, I get the same error code : 103-3f0001. I even contacted ea support through a live chat and they couldn't help at all. This is our second time trying. We've literally tried every possible way and it just doesn't work.
