Just checking in: Have any of you found a solution to this issue that you could share here?
EA_Mio I personally haven't ran into this issue myself, (and I play through the EA App with a friend playing through Steam).
So the only thing that I can think of, would be to check the game for updates, verify the game's files, and/or to reinstall the game.
Besides that, maybe there is a security setting issue, (like if one, (or both), player(s) had denied the game access to run through their system's firewalls), I could see that as being an issue as the two games wouldn't be able to connect to each other properly.
