I lost all my progress!

The first time I played Wild Hearts was through the Xbox Game Pass. Over 40 hours of play. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam, which is linked to EA and Xbox. When I started the game, I had all my progress... then when I left for a while and came back in, it was gone. The main menu of the game shows me 1 saved game with 0h and 0seg of play. When I started that game, it kicks me out of the game. I want to try deleting the data I have locally, but I don't know how. Also, surely my progress is saved on some EA Xbox server and possibly on Steam since it has cross-progress. Does anyone know about this? :C
