it says the platform client overlay is not enabled but it is

I've done various fixes accdg to google but nothing worked. Origin in-game overlay is on yet it still says it's not enabled PLS HELP

    @EA_Illium I've tried uninstalling Origin the hard way and reinstalled it yet it still doesn't work

      Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for the update, Once Origin is open can you check it is both enabled in the Application settings and in the game properties before launching?

      • Launch Origin > Select Origin in the top left >  Application settings > Origin in-game > verified its toggled
      • In your Game Library > right-click ITT > select game properties > verified its enable there. 

      If both are currently enabled, can you check if you have any other overlays running as they might be interfering with Origin in-game.

        @EA_Illium hi! All are enabled already and I have closed all the other apps that may have overlays yet it still doesn't work and still says the platform client overlay is not enabled
