it says the platform client overlay is not enabled but it is

I've done various fixes accdg to google but nothing worked. Origin in-game overlay is on yet it still says it's not enabled PLS HELP

Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for checking that, do you have any running Anti-virus or additional security? If not can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot?

@EA_Illium I do have Windows Security. Do I still do a clean boot?

    @yanyanniiee Can you make sure its not interfering in any way, if not try putting your device in a clean boot?

      @EA_Illium you mean launching the game while the anti-virus is off?

        @yanyanniiee You can try to either temporarily disable it, or add Origin and ITT to a whitelist for the antivirus to not block/control. If you continue running into issues, put your device in a clean boot (where only windows services run) to see if it happens there as well.
