4 years agoHi @yanyanniiee Thanks for trying those steps, let me know if the following helps us get past this issue:
- Default Origin and ITT to run as admin in Compatibility settings
- Turn off UAC Controls
- Clear Origin Cache
- Run a Repair on ITT
