We both are on Steam. Shes already tried that. Ive also reinstalled the game. Ive checked driver updates.

To confirm does she get the message when launching the FP version or when trying to get to the online section?
Also, would it be possible to get the following from her account and device?
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I will attach the picture she sent me when she tries to accept it through steam. She just doesnt get the invite at all through the EA app, so no error when there's no invite. I am waiting for a response for the rest. I do know she is on steam. Her EA is Oktanxbye. I am waiting for the dxdiag.
