When i invite my friend to play online he got an error: "Player has left the session", but i m still in lobby. What might cause this problem? Antivirus, vpn are disabled.

H, the game is It Takes Two. I host game, my gf is trying o join, after some time she gets information that "Second Player has left the session". I've tried joining to her lobby but same thin happened to me. I have full version, she has friends pass. We've tried setting same graphic settings, using app recover, "internet cache reset?" through cmd, disabling antiviruses. The game is on steam, but we've also tried running it through ea app.

Are you both on the same network? Also to confirm are you playing from seperate Steam and EA accounts?
If so can we try the following if you have not?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device

Hello, me and my boyfriend had the same issues for almost an hour straight, it was infuriating. We tried everything, including all the recommendations in this chat. We found the solution was really simple.
I had downloaded the game through EA games and he downloaded it through steam. He uninstalled the game and redownloaded it though EA and it worked for us afterwards.
