Lost n random game error?

I recently was gifted lost n random digitaly for my xbox. I had installed it and went to play it and it wont go past the second screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it about 4 times trying diff...

heya mate did you get this issue sorted in the end I downloaded it and I’m stuck on the exact same screen on Xbox series x

@Farnsy1990 I didnt end it getting it to work unfortunately. I been mostly just doing the cloud gaming and its kinda glitchy.

    Dam fair enough mate. I can’t even get it to work through cloud gaming 😂.
