Community Manager@zambuca I understand that the first one has no solution. I am only letting you know what can and will happen if another CM or Hero etc sees the same post more than once.
How long ago did you unlink and relink your accounts? Have you reset your EA password since you relinked them?
- @EA_Shepard I unlinked and relinked my account more than a month ago. Before it was random the error and sometimes it would log on and sometimes not. Now its all the time.... i reset my password, i called EA help, i updated and reinstalled, I have done everything possible from my end...changed DNS, changed wifi to wired, logged onto my 2nd account and can log online....its clearly an account problem and for 3 months I have this issue. I will not start over again 200 hours of investment. I try everyday to see if it works now and it doesnt anymore....cant play online at all now

@zambuca If the issue is still happening, and it is an account issue, you would need to speak with live support so that they can go over the account with you. If at this point all steps have been taken and none have worked, we have to look into the account which does not happen over the forums.
