(PS5) Stuck trying to activate the waterworks

To confirm is the door to the left of your first Screenshot? Are you unable to further interact with the lever? 

Also to confirm, theres another door (see the spoiler below) incase that's the one your talking about.

Hi - I’ve circled the blocking door in the attached screenshot. I need to cross through to complete the objective of activating the waterworks. I’ve already collected the two keys needed to complete the objective but this door is blocking the only way to go

Thanks for clariftying this, I can pass it on to the team to be aware of. 

In the meantime, for testing have you already tried reloading your save? Also, can you try going back down to where the elevator is, then circling back to see if something updates and the door opens?

Thanks - I’ve tried reloading my save multiple times and I’ve traversed the entire map below multiple times including the elevator but every time I return to this point I am blocked by this door. I’m not able to continue progression in the game because of it.

I'm testing this out on my side, would it be possible to get a short clip of trying to get past the door? 

It should play work similar to this video and it looks like the wooden portion is up for you in the screenshot.

I can’t get a video file small enough that it will allow me to upload. I’ll wait for an update, I don’t want to start a new game as I’m already 3 hours in to get to this point - thanks
