Hi there, @OreganoHauch. Unravel Two only offers local multiplayer. Unfortunately, you can't play online with a friend.

Thank you for the answer. I bought the game as a gift for a friend yesterday, so that we could play together. At that moment, I couldn't test the feasibility of playing co-op myself, because my monitor for my gaming PC is not shipped yet. I guess this means I need to put a request for returning the gift ? At the same time, I would keep my own version, and use the freeware Parsec ?
