Yes. Apparently the problem has been solved. We're playing by invitation among friends of PSN.

Yes, we play both in ps5. We tried on 3 different days, but yesterday we finally managed to play online. Before, when we sent the invitation to play either through PSN or EA's friends list, after 1 minute the game returned that one of us had left the session.

I got error 108-3, too. We are both playing on ps5. Tried to restart and the ea on login Option on/off.
kicks my friend out after 1 minute…Any ideas?
If you both are on ps5 play through ps5 servers…..but the fix for the error code is to login to your EA and unlink your ps account and then re link it
