Hi, I own the game, and my partner is using the Friend Pass. Unfortunately, every time he launches the game, it crashes to the desktop immediately, before even reaching the main menu. We've tried all the suggested fixes found both on this forum and elsewhere online, but nothing has worked so far. We’re really hoping to play together. Any help would be greatly appreciated! T_T

My friend and I used to be able to play this using friend pass. Him using the friend pass and me using the bought copy of the game. But since recent update I can boot normally but he cannot. It just either gets stuck on a black screen and then just goes to desktop or he gets an error message "Fatal Error Crash" as it quits to desktop. I don't know what happened on the most recent patch but we have all our drivers updated and never had an issue till today. I don't know if it is a AMD graphics card issue vs me using a Nvidia card or if it lies elsewhere.
If anyone knows a solution I'm all ears!
To add on, there's no error code after the crash.
