Me and my friend can only get a minute into the game then it kicks one of us out and says unable to connect to ea servers. My error code is 102-40050000. I’m ok friends pass and my friend owns the game, please help.

Have same error. Ps5 error log show that last error was over 24h before starting game. Every other games runa fine online. Ps5, Xbox, pc. All runa well, only EA games fail

I have an update, this time when I tried I got the same error message, but along with it my PlayStation crashed and it gave me something in the error history.
